Born on the streets of Hong Kong in the 1950s, egg waffles — 雞蛋仔 — are a beloved treat enjoyed by millions. We bring that tradition straight to Louisville.

Made in a special cast-iron mold, each waffle comes out with dozens of golden egg-shaped bubbles — crispy on the outside, pillowy-soft on the inside.
